I loved this Challenge. This card is for Stampin for the Weekend. I used one of my favourite Sugar Nellie's (coloured with copics), I teamed her up with My Minds Eye "Garden Party" DP. used liquid pearls on her necklace and flowers and a charm to complete. The inside of the card reads "and on my birthday YOU must say I look marvelous" LOL, I love that. 
Hee hee she does look marvelous :D I love her pearly necklace and the colours you have used.

Oh love all the oranges and the blues on this card Denise, you've done a super job coloring the image and I love that sentiment too. A marvelous job using Vicki's sketch.
